Sweet Zannat is a famous Instagram influencer. She belongs to a small town which is located in Mahendraganj, Meghalaya. Zannat is known for her funny and daily life videos. Some users started saying that Zannat was the same girl featured in the 19-minute video, following which she started receiving abusive comments. To end this, Sweet Zannat shared a video asking users to compare her face with the girl shown in the clip.

19-Minute Viral Video: What Did The Police Official Say?
Amid all this, a video of a police official surfaced on Instagram, informing people about the dangers of sharing the 19-minute viral video.
“The 19-minute video that is going viral is an AI-generated video. If you also want to check whether a video is AI-generated or not, then there is a site, you can go to and check it there.”
“If you share such videos with anyone, you could be prosecuted under sections 67, 67A, and 66 of the IT Act. This could result in a fine of up to two years and a sentence of up to three years. This is because violating someone’s privacy or sharing such videos could lead to a lawsuit against you,” the cop said.

- Sharing obscene or objectionable videos is a punishable offence.
- Under Section 67 of the IT Act, sharing these kinds of content can lead to up to 3 years of jail, Rs 5 lakh fine.
- Under section 67, a person can be jailed for 5 years.
- As per Section 67A, sharing sexually explicit content for the first time can attract 5 years imprisonment and a fine of Rs 10 lakh.
- A repeated offense under Section 67A can lead to 7 years of jail.
- Sharin obscene video clips online is also a crime under IPC Sections 292, 293, and 354C.
