Kosciusko County man turns himself in following cyber tip investigation

Kollman turned himself in to the Kosciusko County Jail on Jan. 29 for Possession of Child Sex Abuse Material, a Level 6 Felony, and Voyeurism, a Class A-Misdemeanor (Warsaw Times Union)
KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (WSBT) — In August 2024, Indiana State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC) investigators received several cyber tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).
After conducting an investigation, the Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office issued a search warrant on October 22, 2025 for 38 year old William Kollman of Mentone Indiana .
It was served by the members of the Indiana State Police ICAC Task Force and troopers with the Indiana State Police Bremen Post.
The search warrant resulted in the seizure of multiple electronic devices.
Kollman turned himself in to the Kosciusko County Jail on Jan. 29 for Possession of Child Sex Abuse Material, a Level 6 Felony, and Voyeurism, a Class A-Misdemeanor (Warsaw Times Union)
A forensic examination was conducted on the devices, with findings turned over to the Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office.
After reviewing the evidence, the Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office issued an arrest warrant for a Kollman on Jan. 28th 2026.
Kollman turned himself in to the Kosciusko County Jail on January 29th for Possession of Child Sex Abuse Material, a Level 6 Felony, and Voyeurism, a Class A-Misdemeanor.
