The next mayor of Tyler will have a hand in shaping the future of the rapidly growing city. On Tuesday, they had a chance to share their vision for Tyler. The candidates are Shirley McKellar, Stuart Hene, John Nix, and James Wynne.
“I was unwillingly plucked from that innocence, that peaceful childhood,” said Sasha Neulinger, the main speaker of the luncheon.
Neulinger was a victim of abuse at just four years old, and now is telling his story to help others tell theirs.
