BOXX Insurance ranks among Deloitte’s 2025 Technology Fast 50 winners

BOXX Insurance has been named one of Canada’s fastest-growing technology companies in Deloitte’s 2025 Technology Fast 50 program, recognizing its rapid expansion in the cyber insurance and digital risk management space. 

The Toronto-based insurtech ranked 49th on the list, achieving a three-year revenue growth rate of 512%.

Founded in 2018, BOXX Insurance combines cyber insurance with proactive cybersecurity tools, offering small and mid-sized businesses protection against growing digital threats. Its inclusion in the Technology Fast 50 highlights how technology-driven insurance providers are reshaping the traditional insurance model by integrating prevention, monitoring, and response within a single platform.

According to Deloitte, this year’s program marks the most competitive edition in over two decades, with an average three-year growth rate of 2,623% among winners. While sectors like biotech and fintech dominated, BOXX’s recognition underscores the expanding influence of insurtech within Canada’s broader technology landscape.

Across all Fast 50 applicants, Deloitte found that developing new products and services remains the primary growth strategy, followed by building partnerships and expanding domestically.
