“There is currently no indication that any private information has been compromised or released,” the city said in a press release. “We are in the process of restoring our integrated systems to full functionality in accordance with our recovery plan.”

The city says most general service phone lines are restored and it expects administrative lines at the police department and municipal court to be in service again on Monday.

Residents may still call 911 and non-emergency dispatch at 440-255-1234 as those lines were not affected, the city confirmed.

The release states that all services are still being provided, though there could be some delays in certain request fulfillments.

“Some online services may not be immediately available,” the release reads. “If you encounter a problem related to a service need or are unable to reach a particular city representative, please contact either the main published phone number for the respective city department or use email. A city representative will assist you directly or connect you with the appropriate person.”
