    ISP: Cyber tip leads to Warsaw man being charged with possession of child sexual abuse material

    WARSAW, Ind. (WPTA) – A 27-year-old Warsaw man was arrested Wednesday for alleged possession of child sexual abuse material.

    Indiana State Police received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in November 2024, leading to an investigation into Brandon L. Palmer.

    A search warrant was granted for Palmer’s home and resulted in the seizure of multiple electronic devices, as well as the suspect’s arrest.

    Palmer is being held at the Kosciusko County Jail on a $20,000 bond, according to jail records.
