TOKYO — The BRICS grouping “has an important role to play in shaping the multipolar world,” Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi told Nikkei in an exclusive interview, adding that this is especially so “at a time when the world order is under pressure and institutions of global governance lack effectiveness or credibility to deliver.”
