JACKSON, Mo. (KBSI) — Students from Jackson High School recently competed in the Technology Education Association of Missouri district contest, showcasing yearlong technical projects.
School officials said several students qualified for the state competition, scheduled for May 1-2 at Lake of the Ozarks.

State qualifiers include Ty Wright, Lucas Putz, Landon Rodgers, Blake Aufdenberg, Colten Scheffer, Lane McBryde, Colin Adams, Dominic Scherer and John Ernst.
The district said the competition highlights students’ technical skills and project development.
