American Airlines Cargo is continuing to ramp up its digital solutions, selected Rotate to implement its Sales Cockpit and Sales Steering solutions.
The two solutions will provide American Airlines Cargo’s commercial business with “data-driven tools designed to elevate customer engagement and drive more informed, proactive decision-making”.
Sales Cockpit evaluates market conditions to identify opportunities for the sales organisation and integrates into the airline’s customer relations management (CRM) system.
Meanwhile, Sales Steering provides network optimisation information that can be used to make sure capacity is aligned with demand and available where customers need it.
